We’re looking for concrete labourers to join our growing team at Macrofab. The role involves working across commercial and residential projects, assisting with formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pours, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pours.

• Prepare, place, and finish concrete to required standards.

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Work alongside trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Requirements

• Experience in concreting or general construction labouring.

• White Card (additional tickets a bonus).

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Commitment to safety and teamwork on every site.
